Please contact support for a full refund within the last 14 days (this does not apply to Multi Site license). We would love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve our offering. Please include your payment email & amount so we can refund you as soon as possible.
Kindly note that while we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your Paypal account.
